Built-in Webcam?

    After installing, I know the webcam is working right (because it works on Skype), but how can I use it to just take a picture? In Windows XP, there was just another option in My Computer for the Crystal Eye Webcam, but I can't figure out how to do this in W7.

    There is also vidcap32 which is a really old program but simple program. Pics are saved in .bmp
