can´t boot fron USB pendrive

hi, sorry for my english i´m learning, i have one acer aspire one model kav-10 D150 1165 and my problem is the next, i need to install another O.S. but i can´t boot from USB, if i plug the usb don´t boot, if i disconnect the USB pendrive boot normally,i can entry to bios configuration, and when i connect the usb, the BIOS pass to block and i can´t move any arrow and menu either if i disconnect the usb i can move on bios configuration, y tried to boot on another pc´s and i´ve done, I formatted the usb with windows cmd utiliity, with almost 3 programs to isntall windows xp from usb, ihave also tried with linux usb live and i have had not sucess, i think the problem is the version of my bios, my aspire one is new whit only 3 months of work, please if someone can help me i woul appreciate so much,
