Can I use a 16 or 32 Gig SD Card?

My Acer SSD W/ Linpus is on it's way. How big a SD Card can I use to round out it's memory? The Acer site recommends only 8 Gig. I'm looking at 16 & 32 Gig cards. What should I buy?

BTW.. First Post here. I am looking forward to my little White Baby later this week.

 

I don't know from first hand experience on the 32Gb SDHC card but I do know about the 16 SDHC card works as I use it every day.

Although it isn't much storage I only plan on using it for email, documents & web surfing. I can't wait to get it.

 

It is surprising how much storage it is as I use mine for my home partition.

 

My home computer is an iMac , but I have been pining for a Laptop since I lost my job and my company took my supplied one. The job I have now is 100% commission with nothing supplied. Although my iPhone works to a degree I find myself wanting more. Until the bucks start coming in I thought this bugger would be perfect. Who needs a huge laptop to lug around anyway? I wanted a new Macbook but not for the $$.

This is what I got coming: Acer Aspire One AOA110-1831 8.9-Inch Netbook (1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 Processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB Solid State Drive, Linpus Linux Lite, 3 Cell Battery)

All for $260 bucks too!

 

sorry I cant be of much help, but i know 16gb works, I used it on my ssd version (sold it after modding it with 40gb 1.8).

I just got myself a 160gb xp for $298 at wal*mart, you guys gotta pick some of these up before they sell out, I believe the 10" is replacing the 8.9" Correct me if i'm wrong.

I couldn't get the wifey to get one, she decided to get the new 10.1 Dell (mini10 its called) it can do 2gb, but I love my Acer :roll:
