Like raid 0 structure. Please imagine if any tools can do that in my AAO110. I'm using two 16GB SDHC and change the driver to HGmicrodrive. And now I can use it as hard drive, but two separate hard drive. I wonder if it can combine to one.

aufs might do the trick, it's what Acer uses to manage the combined left-hand SDGC and SSDD.

Are you running windows? Use diskmgmt.msc to create software striped volumes.

If you are using Linux (as of course any sensible person would be ;) ) then you should set up a logical volume using LVM. There are docs for it all over the net and it's pretty easy to use. I have connected a SCSI disk, a PATA IDE, a SATA IDE and two USB drives all together to make one drive and it works perfectly.
