Cannot Install new hardware

    Ok I have an Acer Aspire one AOA 150-1555 wich ame with a mini USB opticle mouse. I plug it in and it does not install the drivers. I went to add hardware, selected the mouse and did a serch for updated drivers, It finds the driver and atempts to install them. It the shows a message that the device could not be installed and shows a Code 28.

    Same thing with an acer cd rom drive i pulled from abroken ACER laptop. I intalled it in an enclosure and tried to run the setup dis provided with the enclosure but again it says there is a problem installing the drivers. I also tried going through the add hardware in the control pannel and it also finds drivers but says the device could not be installed.

    Any suggestions?
