Cannot send out or receive email windows

    I have used eudora and thunderbird. Each time I try to send or retrive, I get an error message that states "sending of pass word did not succeed. mail server responded : temporary problem, please try later." I have been trying for three hours now and I do have the correct pw. Thanks
