Can't download updates

    Hi, I just received my new AAO and have very little idea what I'm doing. I did manage to get it online through a wireless connection with our home network, but it won't download the 19 updates it says are available...I just keep getting an error message which says...'"Incorrect Information File" Any idea what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks
