can't install ubuntu 8.04 on aspire one 150l

    I tried to install ubuntu 8.04 on my aspire one from my usb dvd-rw , but every time it fails during installation.The same think happens with other o/s i tried.I also managed to install ubuntu on a usb hdd on other pc, but when i conneck it to my aspire and try to boot it ,ubuntu fails to start.
    I NEED HELP

    Hi there,

    Try creating a bootable USB disk with unetbootin - it's just as easy as burning a CD and will probably work much better with all distros providing you use good quality media.

    Well ,I managed to install the ubuntu 8.0.4 live cd which is fine for me.
