cant install windows 7

    i have an acer aspire one aoa 150, 120 gb with xp running, & i'm trying to install windows 7. but it wont recognize my internal hard drive to install the os to. does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be

    Try booting from the Windows 7 install media, you can't just "upgrade" from XP to Win 7 as far as I know.

    i'm trying to do a clean install. i would like to format the hard drive & start from scratch, but don't want to do that until i know i wont have the same problem during the install
