changing desktop background colours

    If you have the advanced menu setup on your linpus computer, right click on a blank area of the desktop to open the advanced menu. Select settings, then desktop settings.
    Clear the box marked show image. You can then click on the coloured boxes to change the colours and play around with the other options there. If you don't clearn the show image check box you won't see the changes. You can also choose vertical or horizontal gradient if you want to have the desktop change gradually from one colour to a second colour. Light blue at the bottom and dark blue in the top box with a vertical gradient makes it look very much like the sky from horizon to zenith. Enjoy!
