Changing size of mouse pointer arrow/cursor

    After successfully enabling the right-click feature on the desktop I went into

    settings>mouse settings

    And attempted to enlarge the size of the mouse pointer. the default size is 11.

    No matter what size enlarged it to or what 'scheme' (BLUE RECURVE? WTF IS THAT?) I chose nothing happens.

    Anyone? A search here on "cursor" and "pointer" doesn't yield anything of use.
