So I thought that the TSA was going to make life easier for me to get through the airport, but nothing has changed. Here is a link to the guidelines for new "Checkpoint Friendly" laptop bags:

    http://www.tsa.gov/press/happenings/simplifying_laptop_bag_procedures.shtm

This new protocol was created apparently to ease the complaints voiced by business travelers and not the ordinary college kid vacationing with a backpack crammed full of stuff. At least the changes aren't making my life worse (unless they force people to use these new bags to travel through an airport with a laptop).

    This cracks me up.

"TSOs know what the inside of a computer looks like"
Not when I arrived with my macbook air (when it was first released), it took ages to get cleared, "no disk drive" was all that got muttered, by two TSO's and a supervisor. They actually discussed taking it apart until another TSO said she knew what it was (thank goodness that women are geeks too).

No idea what they will make of a One :)
