Choosing between 2 laptops

    Hello, i’m a student so chromebooks are the only ones in my price range. I’ll only use them for school works. Please help me choose which one is better. The options are:
    1) Dell Chromebook 3100
    2) Samsung Chromebook 4

    If you have recommendations of other laptops that are in the same price range (under 300$)
    please do tell.
