It also would have people really looking forward to the 12 team playoff next year, WIN WIN for the scammers.

With the further monopolization of media, mergers, buyouts etc it's also a lot easier to do so. Just the ESPN/DIZ ownership of the SEC GUARANTEES an SEC team in the playoff, that's why the dominance of the last 10 years, not on the field honest results. You could put the CUSA or AAC in the same level.

So it looks like 4 superleagues conf champs in SEC, Big10, ACC, Big12, and maybe one more so 5 teams then you're getting half the field based off of nonsense like TV ownerships preferences.
