Im Not To Sure Wether This Should Be Here But Anyway,
All You Have To Do Is
    Alt-F2
    compiz-manager / Run In Terminal
It Should Do A Load Of Stuff In The Terminal Exit
    Right Click
    Settings
Compiz Manager Settings Or Summin Like That
Then Just Choose What You Want
To Move The Cube Ctrl + Alt + Left Or Right Keys

It's better to not tick the 'Run in Terminal' box because the terminal stays open, and if you close it then compiz closes.
