TRIES TO BOOT THEN RUNS THIS SCREEN.

    (Checking file system on C:
The type of file system is FAT32.
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you continue.
windows will now check the disk.
    volume serial number is 3831-069f
windows is verifying files and folders...)

Once the check is completed the screen displays various bits used and allocated. Then The computer starts to reboot and the screen pops up again and starts to check the disk. Even if the check is canceled the computer keeps doing the same thing.

    The battery also doesn't charge?

    Please help'
