I just purchased an Aspire One and last night I hooked it up to a USB keyboard, USB mouse, and an external monitor so that I could use it at my desk a little easier. This morning, the keyboard is confused. It recognizes all my keys during the user login, but as soon as the desktop loads the built-in keyboard sees "L" as "6" and "K" as "3", etc. My aspire has no CD/DVD so whatever I do I need to download. The external USB keyboard works fine, so I think this is a driver issue. I've rolled back the driver to the microsoft one, but that didn't fix it either.

    Help! Please...

Problem solved... It seems that if you numlock on an external USB keyboard, and then take the Aspire on the go, you're stuck in numlock until you connect the same USB keyboard to turn it off -- the built-in keyboard won't do it! :?
