I have spent the last hour trawling through threads about how to display images on my TV from my Aspire one, beit by converters or other means ... and I am still no further forward to an easy answer.

Please can someone just tell me... I basically just use my D150 (Linux) to surf the web. I simply just want to have this displayed on my TV instead of/as well as the D150. I have a Panasonic PX80 and at the back there is a 15 pin socket called "PC" which looks exactly like the VGA socket on the D150. If I buy a VGA to VGA lead, can I simply plug both ends in and get the web pages to display on my TV?... Or will I have to do something else?

I am a complete NOOB, hence my elementary question.

I would really appreciate a definitive (and simple) answer.

    Cheers in advance.

Yes, but you may have to adjust your resolution to support the TV's native resolution.....

Update ... brother in-law "donated" VGA lead and it worked straight up, with no adjustment to resolution!

    Thanks
