    I have tried downloading software from:

    https://forge.betavine.net/frs/?group_i ... ase_id=116

    It has drivers for Vodafone USB.

    This hasn't worked as I think it is for a different USB modem than mine.

    Also, I had already searched this site for Vodafone related articles, but nothing could help.

    Thanks.

    Have you got the new Huawei update installed ? If you haven't, get it through Live Update and then use the Mobile Partner software which you'll be able to access through the Connect section on the homepage.

    Can you plug in the device and then post the result of typing
    $ lsusb
    and then
    $ dmesg | tail -10
    back here? Also, can you post what happens when you try and use the
    $ vodafone-mobile-connect-card-driver-for-linux-debug
    command? Best -Duncan.
