Connectin Linux Aspire to a Windows XP LAN

    I have a small wired peer-to-peer LAN at home with 3 PCs connected to it. All run XP but I want to join the Aspire, running Linux, to the LAN as a client. It connects to the internet via the router fine but I want to be able to share files across the LAN between all the clients. Any idea how I achieve this?
