Considering buying Vostro 3535, but is the display good?

I am looking to buy that model with Ryzen 7 7730U but [URL]https://laptopmedia.com/review/dell-vostro-15-3535-review/p3/[/URL] made a review and listed it's dispaly PWM as harmful. Is this something that can be fixed via software? If not why did Dell used such a panel in that laptop, who is it for, someone that doesn't need his eyes? Anyway if this one is a no go can you suggest another laptop in the same price range, it will be used for studing and carrying around.
