    Hi All,

Is there any way to take the Acer recovery disks (the ones that return the netbook to factory conditions) and copy their images/contents onto a USB flash drive? I dont have an external CD drive and would like to avoid additional costs if possible.

Thanks, but how can I actually get the ISO file off of the Acer discovery disks (disks provided my Acer, not made by myself) and onto the USB drive??

I don't have any other ISO file. Acer customer support told me there is no way to convert from their disks to a USB drive and successfully perform recovery, but maybe they didn't know every possible solution.

    Hi

You can use ImgBurn to create ISOs of any CD/DVD and also to burn ISOs to CD/DVDs.

Thanks, so the Acer factory recovery disks are not actually copy-protected ?
