Custom One Themes (5 Colors)

    I understand this is an older post but I am still very new to linux. I would like to install a theme listed in this thread but am unsure exactly how to move the files into the correct locations. Where to these files fo and how do I move them.Could someone please tell me the easiest way to do this thank you for your help in advance.
