D150_screen_pixelated and ghosted image

    Device is an D150 w/N270 CPU. I've had the netbook for a couple of years and it has worked great. A couple of months ago, the screen gives a ghost image that is pixelated and flickers. Almost like it's laying a desktop image on a desktop image. I tested: w&w/o battery, and it works well with an external monitor.
