BIOS V1.7 came out a couple days ago for the D250, but I can't find out what the changes are. Is there any sort of changelog for the BIOS versions? Thanks.

No way that I know of - the changes aren't listed anywhere.

I'll have to install it and see if it fixes the wake from sleep issue I've been seeing.

I believe I can confirm that BIOS 1.07 has fixed the waking from sleep/hibernation issue I reported in post: D250 and waking from sleep and hibernation. Other than that I'm not sure yet of any additional fixes.

After installing 102 (original), 106 --> v1.07, i am having problems with suspend mode. It used to go to sleep (with 1.02) when I closed the lid, or put it into suspend mode manually but now it goes into suspend mode (either from closing the lid or from doing it manually) and then wakes back up again straight away.

Anyone else suffering this ? Should I just go back to 1.02 ?

Did you notice a newly discovered device in windows after updatng to 1.07?

I did and have full use of the 2nd mini pci-e slot, but lost use of my Sierra wireless 8781 unless I tape pin 20 on it.
