D250 Factory Settings

    Hi everyone,

    Would someone be able to help me with the small issue of returning my D250 to factory settings so that i can claim the warranty on it.

    Stupidly i deleted the recovery partition when i installed windows 7 (pfft who needs recovery images nothing ever goes wrong with computer :roll: ).
    So i was going to reinstall XP manually with the CD key located on the bottom of the laptop but it had rubbed off which put me in contact with the people at Acer Support which was no help at all.

    So any information that anyone has in regards to where a recovery image can be found or any other ways of getting factory settings again would be greatly appreciated.
