D260-A Black Screen

    Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me. (Acer Aspire One D260-A)

    When I turn it on all i get is the power led, the fan spins for about 5 seconds and a black screen thats it. I have tried searching but can only find how to flash BIOS on other models by pressing ESC & FN but that doesnt seem to work on this one.

    Can someone please help and let me know if this can be fix as it was working fine.

    I had the same issue with my AO522 but luckily I had put a new 2GB stick of ram in there and that was the problem. I put the original 1GB that came with it back in there and it was fixed. But, the FN+ESC thing doesnt work with mine either. I just broke down and got in touch with Acer Support and was going to send it off to get fixed. Since it is less than a month old it was going to be free shipping. So if you cant find anything to fix it. Thats about all you can do..
