Ok I read on another forum that Wheezy is very stable on the 722 , I am going to install it today , I really dont think win 7 is fast enough with the lil netbook ,,the specs just arent good enough for win 7 , but a lighter specwise linux distro should work great , so has anyone tried Debian? As I understand it , when it is installed the boot order should have networking first , not sure why but whatever works is fine with me!

Well scratch wheezy ,installing had lots of problems however , to be fair I also had flashed my bios after trying to install , I went from 1.05 to 1.07 (bios rev) which also unlocked the advanced menu so I can OC too, I did install Kubuntu 11.1.0 and I have to say I really like it ,installed really fine , gives me the option of running win 7 if I want + recovery, if it runs this smooth all the time I will be freeing the HDD of Microsoft completely , this thing is fast now ,very fast response times , during install I didnt install networking (not sure why) at any rate its a snap , takes less than 30 seconds ! I am psyched , Im telling you it is sweet , not sure what your applications will be , I dont care about games , skype or doo dads , this is a tweak/hack player for me ( droid rom / worker) , so it should be fun , Im not saying im a Dev , its all for fun !
