Ok, so I recently had to reinstall windows 7 on a new partiotion because the old one kept giving me corrupt disk errors within windows 7. Anyways, after I did a whole new install, my boot manger know list two "Windows 7" options. How would I delete the one that is no longer working?

    enter msconfig
    1) windows key + R
    2) type in msconfig

Then go to bootini tab and click "check all boot path"

Alternatively, you can edit the bootini file directly. Just find the file on the computer and delete the line of code which defines your "corrupted" OS.
