Dell Latitude E6540 hanging issue

    Hi, I'm using Dell Latitude E6540 and specs are like 8gb Ram and 128gb SSD. My most work is on google drive and sheets so there's no heavy software or programs. The problem is that it hangs after using it continuously after 1 hour. Upon checking to repairing lab, they updated windows but problem is still here. I've also updated the drivers but no success.

    Can someone please guide what can be the issue?
