    Hi alexMobile,

    In both images, its Rhythmbox - comes by default in an Ubuntu install.

    If you like this, you may want to check out Banshee, which is similar.

    How do you skin the icons on the simple mode ?
    And the background , and like everything else on simple mode :p

    If simplemode means the right-click-menu is disabled, then just press alt-f2 and enter terminal and do the same things as in "advanced" mode...or is there another simple mode i do not know...because i think the simple mode just makes things difficult...

    but i was coming here to post my masterpiece...it was a crappy work but it's been worth it...

    When i first thought about the AcerAspirOne, i thought about "The One"....and thinking about "The One"....i was going to make it the matrix-style...so here we go....

    Compiz actually works surprisingly well on my 1GB RAM/SSD (ext 2, no swap) AA1 with Linux Mint 6 RC1...everything but the cam works (didn't test card readers) out of the box with about 5 hours of battery life (6 cell). Though I had to use the Windows drivers for wifi but that was trivial since ndiswrapper is installed by default (following the wireless directions from https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AspireOne).
