Desktop Tower Defense poor framerate

    Hi there,

    Am a new member here having just taken delivery of a shiny blue aspire one (8.9", Linpus, 1GB RAM, 16 GB SSD).

    Have had a lot of success installing apps, updating the desktop etc but so far my only real dissapointment is the fact that my favourite game desktop tower defense is too slow to be playable.

    Have updated to the latest version of firefox (3.5) and have also tried using the Opera browser but it doesn't play at all in that one. Is there anything I can do to improve the performance or is this just beyond the capabilities of the machine?
