    Hi.

I'm running Vista on my AAO and I'd like to plug a 22" or 24" widescreen to my AAO, which should be run at a resolution of 1680x1050 (or if possible 1900x1200). What do I have to do to get this working?

    Thanks for every hint...

With the monitor connected, right click on the desktop and choose Graphic Options, Output To, then choose External monitor. Providing DDC has picked the right settings up, it should automatically output at the correct native resolution for the monitor. Works fine on my 19" widescreen (outputting 1440x900)

Is the graphic chip fast enough for such higher resolutions?

I think it could, because it's using a GMA950 (chipset 945), and I tried to run an ext LCD with 1080p res, it rans perfectly with a HD 720p movie.

That depends on what you're doing. MS Word/Excel/Internet should work fine. Gaming... not so much.
