Dirty file system error on Fedora 10 upgrade to F11

    Hi,

    Trying to do an upgrade from F10 to F11 but installer complains that file system was not unmounted cleanly (despite previous shutdown been fine) giving "dirty file system" error for /dev/mapper/VolGroup000. It recommends running disk check on reboot but I can't fsck on mounted filesystems.

    Any ideas on how to get around this? Thanks.
