    Hello All,

I have an Aspire One D150-1165 that was working fine. One day when I turned it on the display was set to 1024 x 768 and filling only about half the screen. I performed a Full System Recovery to factory defaults and that didn't help.

I also pulled the battery out, held the power button down for 30 seconds and then plugged in the power adapter (as per Acer online help). It worked and the video was back to 1024 x 600 but when I shutdown and restarted it came back in 1024 x 768 mode.

BTW, when I enter the BIOS the display is full screen and normal (for the BIOS).

Any ideas or suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh the specs are D150-1165, WinXP Home, 160GB HD, 1GB RAM. Very standard.
