Double firefox speed!!

Hey, found this nifty little site that will speed up your Firefox page loading speed. I tested it out befog and after and there was a huge difference.

I have this plugin that tells me the time it takes to load a page, and here is the before and after results

Also i did clear all private data including cache and offline sites data before running the test the 2nd time. the Speed difference is real!

Wow.. how come firefox is so slow? Are you using the SSD version of AAO?
Internet explorer 7 on the AAO load www.car.com in 1 second ( almost instantly). I have firefox 2 installed on my computer ( which i never use because it's slow), took about 7 seconds to load which is still faster than your time.

 

haha well my internet connection isn't so strong in my room from the router in the basement. and was downloading a MMO with torrents. XP
