Dual Booting 2 Win xp with different language

Hi, Just wanna know is it possible to dual boot 2 OS with different language.I'm here in Taiwan so the default OS language is in Chinese but I was thinking of just installing another OS now in english,Can it be done? If so what are the programs needed for it,and can you suggest a link maybe for the tutorial.Thanks in advance.I'm just new here and all I can say it's a nice site and very informative. ;)
