In my Acer Aspire I have loaded Photoshop CS4, when I open the program and select a second window (for a filter), I cannot see the entire window - in other words the bottom part of the window I hve opened is below the taskbar and I cannot find anyway to scroll down. I have maximized the window, but still have the same problem. This also happens at times when I have hotmail open in Internet Explorer.

    Any ideas?

use a1ctl and set to 1024x768, or uncheck the option to hide display modes the monitor cannot display in display properties and change resolution.

Can someone translate the above instructions for me? a1 ? I tried pressing a and 1 and control but nothing happened. Mainly on games, I lose the bottom inch of the display and it's really annoying. Thanks for any help you can provide.
