Hi. Today I bought an Acer Aspire One Netbook (Model D255-2256) with Win 7 Starter. When I tried to create a recovery disc it would only accept a dvd drive as an option to copy to. I tried plugging in a usb drive and the app still said "unable to detect a writable optical drive". With no cd/dvd drive on board, how am I able to make a bootable backup in case my entire hdd crashes? Please help?

You'll need to buy an external DVD-RW drive, they're cheap and very useful.
