error 39

    Trying to restore my aspire 1 with linux but keep getting error 39 :eek: how
    do i get by this. Do i need to buy an external dvd player ?

    Hard to say anything then. Never seen any error number installing Linux. It can be related to something else but I can not help in that matter as I have no clue what 39 is. Is D2D enabled in BIOS??
