Hi I'm a complete newbie in the world of Linux, and having just aquired my A1 I wonder if it is at all possible to run an exe file ?
I wanted to install the very nice game Samorost on the machine, but I guess it is not compatible with Linux ?
Sorry if this question is offendingly stupid

It's not a stupid question, although a little Google search would have provided an answer soon enough ;)

It's possible to run a lot of .exe files (DOS/Windows programs) on Linux, you'll need to install Wine or a derivative thereof. Dosbox will help out too. These programs 'emulate' a regular dos/win environment as a separate program within Linux. Several threads here in the Games sections will provide you with a lead. :)

    Regards, R
