External Monitor Help

    Hi, I've been trying the last few days to fix my problem, but I can't, so I need some help from yous. :D
    The things is that my screen on my Acer Aspire One(somehow) is cracked, I tried using my LCD as a external monitor, which worked fine.
    However, when I was using the laptop, there was a lot of old stuff I didn't need anymore on it/performance wasn't too good.
    So I decided to reset it to factory settings, the external monitor worked fine all the way through, until it was complete.
    Now when I try, the Acer logo comes up, then Windows, then it cuts off.
    Any help would be appreciated. :)

    Edit; I also have an Aspire 5315, any way that I could get the image from the Aspire One, to the 5315? Thanks.
