Factory settings?

    Hi, I have an Acer 5715Z laptop and it has some major/very annoying virus thing that is stopping me from basically doing anything.
    I have done so much stuff to try and sort this out, I never made disks (yeah, I know) and it came pre-installed with Windows Vista.
    I have it fine in safe mode so I can rescue all my stuff just fine.
    Basically I need to restore it to factory settings, how do I do this without using any disks?

    Not sure why this got moved, it's about Acer hardware.... but anyway, any ideas? PLEASE!

    Is the Acer 5715Z laptop an Acer Aspire One series netbook? Nope, it's just an Acer Aspire laptop. These forums are for the Aspire One series Netbooks, so your topic was moved.

    I've got no idea what one is, so no I don't know, there was no need to be rude about it. I meant help for the problem I was having, not ideas for why the topic was moved.
