FAILURE TO BOOT UP ZG5 BLANK SCREEN WITH LOGO

    I cannot get my AAO ZG5, to boot up past the screen with the AAO Logo.
    I am desperate i have no idea what to do. i am surethis must be a common fault.
    Could someone please help me.............

    I need a simple step by step solution.
