fan again

    done a search, and i get like a million answers.... am after just one :)

    finally got around to updating my bios, was having some network issues, but now my dam fan has come back and is driving me mad!

    i had the orgional 3304 bios, with acerfand and it kept it under control...

    updated to 3310. what do i need to do?
