Firefox 3 / Flash issues

    I installed firefox 3 as per a instructions on these forums and now flash plugins no longer work. I can't watch youtube or flash based ads and when I try to install the missing plugins I am told that they are already in place. Any Ideas??

    Thank you, I had done that but nothing had happened and i actually had to do it 2 times before it finally went through. Thank you
