    Hey all,

Installed the beta today, dual-booted with XP on my AA1 and I quite like it. However, I've noticed that sometimes Firefox is acting erratically. Specifically, I get connection errors/timeouts when I visit certain websites, and only when running Windows 7. They work fine on Firefox in XP and also on another Ubuntu machine.

Has anyone experienced or read anything similar? If so, I'd be grateful for your advice.

    Many thanks.

Not sure what your setup is, but my everything worked bad until I went into advanced settings and took off page file. I'm using 8GB SSD. Works much better now. Only the wireless is sometimes sketchy.

Update: I discovered that I have the same problems with IE in Windows 7, so it seems to not be purely Firefox related. Same errors, too, saying that the connection was reset or that the connection was aborted or something like that.

Interesting that you mentioned the page file. I am using a SD card for Readyboost, I wonder if that could be the problem?

I will investigate and report back.

I also use a class 6 SD card for readyboost so it shouldn't be that.

    What site is it?
