Fix for dead AAO (NOT the BIOS issue, not powering up)?

    Thanks Jerryt,

    I was having the same trouble with mine. I flashed the bios and everything was back to normal after the reboot. Still had all my settings and even my wallpaper. I thought it would wipe everything clean like a system restore, but I'm glad it didn't.

    Dead AAO (NOT the BIOS issue, not powering up)?

    hi , i did the memory upgrade mod to my AA1, but before finish i push the two tiny buttoms that are on the board (see pic attached) and now my AA1 dont power on, even i plug the charger. i try all take off the baterry, put back, the Bios flash, and nothing. please help meeeeeeeeeeeeee :cry:

    @ Fosg2000

    Those buttons did not do anything.

    Either your memory chip is not compatible or the chip is not seated properly. Remove and try again.

    thanks for reply i put the original memory back and the same problem persist NO POWER ON, when i put the battery back turn on the lights and later off, but dont boot anymore

    The memory corrupted your bios.
