Flickering "_" on my 120GB XP BRICKED?

I've been looking at this forum and being on my 3rd Aspire One in as many weeks - I'd like to get this one working.

I get the Acer splash screen and then to a flashing "_" and that's where it stays.

The HDD light is constantly flashing.

I have tried to boot from USB ad I get a blue screen with Bart PE...

There's a GO button in the corner.

Pressing it gives me:

Any ideas on what to do from here?

Looks like your OS got messed up, try reinstalling XP off a USB drive. Google for it.

 

Thanks for the reply - i've been trying to that for days now.

I can boot with BartPE via USB but can't finda working USB bootable XP??
