Looks like somebody already tried: http://forum.foresightlinux.org/index.php?topic=489.0
But doesn't say anything about the hardwaresupport.
I guess Acerfan, Atheros Wlan, Acer Crystal Webcam are the usual suspects not to work on other distro's then Acer Linpus (that is out-of-the-box).

at least the wifi works with the .27 kernel out of the box, and foresight got rollin updates, so that the hardwaresupport will even get better

at least i will give it a try cause i messed up my home partitiontable ;)

I just installed Foresight Mobile and so far what works is:
    Webcam
    Left side SDHC reader
    WIFI (No activity light)
    Etherenet
    USB Ports
Sound ( had to go to volume control to raise volume)
Video playback of youtube videos and avi files via Mplayer ( sudo conary update mplayer)
